Return & Refund Policy

At Tenon, every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered by the customer.

Damages and Defects Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if there is a manufacturing fault. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right — either through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect dimensions provided by the customer
  • Colour or finish variations that are natural to solid wood
